Kenna McCoy is a professional dancer with the company Ballet North Texas. She recently graduated from Southern Methodist University as a political science and dance major. She currently is participating in Duke University’s paralegal program specializing in criminal law. Kenna uses dance to positively impact her communities. This summer, she taught contemporary dance to at risk youth with MindLeaps. In college, she established a dance program with the Refugee Services of Texas, and she organized a service trip to Panama where she and other dancers taught dance in orphanages. Kenna plans to continue to use dance and her knowledge of law to uplift her communities.
